Last week, I hinted about a special show this evening, and here it is. This evening, we’ll be getting into the Wayback Machine again, concentrating on only 4 bands, during the period 1969-74. Primarily Progressive Rock (or Prog to the truly hip), we will be exploring the genius of “Steven Wilson, Behind the Glass”. That’s right… he doesn’t play or sing a note. He just performs his magic thru the remaster / remix of some of the building blocks of Prog today. King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Emerson Lake & Palmer, and Yes. All classic albums. All recently given the SW treatment. And all cherry picked for your dining and dancing pleasure. So sit back, enjoy your favorite beverage or whatever, and marvel at the sound that is Steven Wilson. And I will be breaking from my recent addiction to Triple Shots. This will be much more freeform in nature.
Anyway, same bat time, same bat channel. Right here at xStream-radio on your internet dial. Radio in the Extreme. 6:00pm CST, 4:00pm PST, and 7:00pm EST. Here’s the link:
As always, thank you for listening.
